Stephanie White
Stephanie White is a firefighter/paramedic, editor, and educator with more than 20 years in the fire service. She currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Firefighter Nation, where she focuses on firefighter health, wellness, leadership, and culture. Throughout her career, Stephanie has been a passionate advocate for firefighter mental health, occupational cancer awareness, reproductive health, and peer support initiatives. In addition to her work in emergency services, Stephanie serves as the Statewide Peer Team Coordinator for the Virginia Professional Fire Fighters and is a frequent speaker on firefighter wellness and organizational culture. Her work has focused on elevating conversations around cancer prevention, behavioral health, and the long-term impacts of the profession on firefighters and their families.
