Firefighter Health & Wellness Conference Expands to New Venue and Multi-Year Partnership

This milestone year brings expanded experiences, deeper learning, and new opportunities for connection across the fire service community

Brothers Helping Brothers is excited and proud to announce that the Firefighter Health & Wellness Conference will be moving venues to the DoubleTree Hotel in Fairborn, Ohio (literally across the highway from “Exotic Beavercreek.”) But wait … there’s more … We’ve also signed an agreement to keep the conference at this hotel for 2027 and 2028! This agreement will allow us to stay the most affordable Firefighter Health & Wellness Conference for years to come. Here are some of the details for this year’s event:

**Dates:**Oct. 14–16, 2026

**Location:**DoubleTree Dayton/Fairborn, 2800 Presidential Dr., Fairborn, Ohio, 45324

Pricing:$100 for early bird pricing and ends on May 31, 2026.  Prices will double on June 1, 2026.  Spouses are encouraged to attend and will receive tickets at a 50% discount.

**Swag:**Attendees will receive a gear bag courtesy of the First Responder Center for Excellence (FRCE) & a Conference Challenge Coin courtesy of Wendell’s Mint

**Theme:**This year’s conference theme will be Super Troopers as voted on by last year’s attendees

**Networking Events:**Each evening of the conference will have a networking event for all vendors, attendees, and speakers to attend.

Wednesday night will be at On Par and Thursday night will be at Level Up Pinball/Wild Axe Throw/Great Escape Game. See our website for networking event details.

A courtesy shuttle will be provided for the networking events between the DoubleTree and event locations.
